배송 정책

• 주문 처리 기간
  모든 주문은 결제 확인 후 영업일 기준 1~3일 이내에 발송 준비가 진행됩니다.
  (프리오더 또는 주문제작 상품은 최대 영업일 기준 14~21일이 소요될 수 있습니다.)

• 국내 배송 (대한민국)
  배송 소요 기간: 발송 후 영업일 기준 1~3일
  배송비: 3,000원 (10만원 이상 구매 시 무료 배송)

• 해외 배송 (International Shipping)
  배송 소요 기간: 국가 및 통관 절차에 따라 영업일 기준 7~21일
  해외 배송비는 결제 시 자동 계산됩니다.
  해외 구매자의 경우, 관세·부가세·수입세 등은 수취인이 부담합니다.

• 배송 조회
  상품이 발송되면 고객님께 배송 조회 번호를 안내드립니다.

• 배송 지연
  통관 지연, 천재지변, 택배사 사정으로 인한 배송 지연은 당사가 책임지지 않습니다.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time
  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  (Pre-order or custom items may take longer, up to 14–21 business days.)

• Domestic Shipping (Korea)
  Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  Shipping fee: ₩3,000 (Free for orders over ₩100,000).

• International Shipping
  Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  International shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
  Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Tracking
  A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

• Delays
  ADAM is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier service issues.
